Shipping and Refund Policy
Changes to Orders
Please review your order confirmation e-mail and contact me as soon as possible if any changes to your order are required. I can usually make changes if you let me know within 24 hours, but no guarantees.
Shipping
Shipping is available (and free!) to Canada and the United States. If you are outside of these countries and would like to purchase something, feel free to contact me and I’ll see what I can do.
Some items are shipped from my home studio in Canada, others are shipped from production partners in Canada or the United States. Therefore, items ordered together may ship separately. Check the description of the item(s) you are buying to see where they ship from.
Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks of placing you order. However, I cannot guarantee delivery times. There are just too many variables. If you need your order by a specific date, I’d suggest ordering 3-4 weeks in advance, just to be safe.
Feel free to contact me before ordering if you’re worried you won’t get your order in time. I may be able to give a better delivery estimate or upgrade the shipping (for a price) depending on the item.
Duties and taxes
If your item is coming from outside of your country, it will go through customs and you may be charged import fees and taxes. These are fees your country is charging you to import the items you ordered, and it is your responsibility to pay. Check the item description to see where an item ships from.
Refunds and Returns
I do not offer refunds or returns on any of my items.
Please check the size charts carefully, compare the measurements to clothing you already own, and remember that there is a +/- 1″ tolerance on all items.
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or does not match what you ordered, please take photos of the item(s) and the package and contact me as soon as possible.
Parcels Returned to Sender
Usually, an item is returned to sender because someone refused the package, there is an addressing error, or the item was not picked up from a pickup location.
If the tracking on your parcel says “return to sender”, I cannot stop it from being returned. Contact me with any necessary information (like an updated address) and I will see what I can do. If it can be sent out again, you will have to pay shipping and processing fees.
There will be no refunds for items that have been returned to sender.
Missing or Late Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe or the tracking shows something that concerns you, please contact me so I can look into it.
If the tracking for your parcel shows that it has been delivered and you have not received it:
- Check all delivery points (front door, back door, p.o. box, concierge, ect.)
- Ask anyone else you live with if they have received it
- Call your postal service (they may have more information and will be able to try and locate it for you)
- If you have done all of the above and still have not found your parcel, please contact me.
