FAQ
Do you make everything yourself?
Everything on this website features my artwork. Some items (like stickers or t-shirts featuring my digital artwork) are outsourced to printing companies, and others (like eraser stamp prints) are made by me.
Why are some items shipped from a production partner?
I am partnered with print-on-demand companies for some items. These items are printed by these production partners when you order them and then shipped directly to you. This creates less waste (and also saves me from trying to find more storage space in my tiny apartment).
What size should I get?
Check the size charts on the product pages. Garments are measured flat. I like to measure something I own and like the fit of to help me decide what size to get.
All measurements have a tolerance of +/- 1″.
How long will it take to get my order?
In my experience, all items will be delivered within 2 weeks of placing your order. However, I cannot guarantee delivery times. There are just too many variables. If you need your order by a specific date, I’d suggest ordering 3-4 weeks in advance, just to be safe.
Feel free to contact me before ordering if you’re worried you won’t get your order in time. I may be able to give a better delivery estimate or upgrade the shipping (for a price) depending on the item.
Will you ship outside of North America?
Maybe, contact me and I’ll see what I can do.
What is this extra fee the post office asked me to pay?
I’m guessing it’s customs fees. You should see a form attached to your package explaining them. If you order something that comes from outside of your country, it will go through customs, and you may be charged customs fees.
I have no control over these, they are taxes your country is charging you to import the item, and they are your responsibility. Check product pages to see where your items will ship from.
Why was my order shipped in two (or more) packages?
Items shipped from my production partners are shipped directly to you so that you can get your items as quickly as possible. Your items may be coming from multiple places and therefore may come in separate packages.
